HAND SELECTED PARTNERS FOR ROOT CAUSE VITALITY
True health isn't found in corporate medicine, no matter how they gloss it up—it happens when you honor the body's wisdom at the cellular level and through a terrain approach. Grounded in 23 years of natural health expertise, Rebecca Harder has brought together a trusted circle of independent experts across Taos, Albuquerque, and Northern New Mexico.

By pairing Truly Terrain’s core modalities—Hyperbaric Oxygen, open-system colon hydrotherapy, far-infrared sauna and advanced wellness protocols—with hand-selected specialists in radiation-free bone health, biological dental hygiene, thermal imaging, and natural hormone balance, we help you nourish, clear, and restore your terrain and life naturally.

This part of our website empowers you with health resources such as REMS Ultrasound for Bone Health, Albuquerque Thermal Imaging for Breast Health, Detoxination Sauna Protocol for Heavy Metal and Chemical Release, Pure Hygiene Dental for Independent Dental Cleaning and Oral Hygiene Care, Dr David Peer for Hormone Balancing, and Probiotic Power for the Ultimate Holistic Cleaning Products, just to name "a few of my favorite things" ... services and people.

A Note on Our Holistic Recommendation:
At Truly Terrain, we advocate for fluoride-free, biocompatible, and fully holistic personal care choices. While individual product choices and treatment options may vary, we recommend independent practitioners who deliver exceptional, compassionate, patient-first care. We always encourage clients to communicate their personal health preferences (such as fluoride-free cleanings) directly with their provider. For education on holistic dental hygiene and care I suggest the work of New Zealander Dr Dirk Jacobsen, DDS https://dentaldecoded.com/contact-me/who has many podcasts and also Dr Mark Burhenne, DDS (Dr B): https://askthedentist.com/

Having met Kendra, the the owner of Pure Hygiene Dental Clinic and referred my husband to her, I deeply respect her professional yet warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach. Operating as an independent, locally-owned hygiene clinic—free from corporate dental mandates and a dentist thumb—allows them to give clients true one-on-one attention, patient education, and gentle care. They are kind, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping people feel comfortable and empowered in their oral health.
