Truly Terrain Clinic is a high-end alternative health clinic in Taos, New Mexico specializing in terrain-based wellness and high-altitude recovery.
Services are intentionally longer and more comprehensive than standard wellness offerings, allowing the body adequate time to respond and integrate. The clinic focuses on oxygenation, detox pathways, circulation, and nervous system balance through therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, ozone colonics, infrared sauna, live blood analysis, and immersive detox programs.

ABOUT REBECCA HARDER
Rebecca Harder is a wellness practitioner with more than two decades of experience in education-based and experiential wellness services. Since 2003, her work has been informed by a terrain-focused philosophy that emphasizes personalized, natural approaches to supporting overall well-being. At Truly Terrain, Rebecca offers access to a range of wellness-oriented modalities, including hyperbaric oxygen sessions, infrared sauna, live blood microscopy observation, and other natural practices. These services are provided for educational and general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Rebecca has lived and worked in Taos, New Mexico since 2017. She is married to her husband, Chris, of over 30 years. Visitors to the clinic are often welcomed by Amos, a friendly three-year-old Bernedoodle who has become a familiar part of the Truly Terrain experience.
