Rebecca Harder is a highly credentialed Internal Terrain Specialist with more than two decades of experience in transformative wellness facilitation. Her work is strictly focused on the education and optimization of the body’s biological environment. Since 2003, her mission has been to support the innate vitality mechanisms of the "Internal Terrain" through natural modalities, helping clients achieve a superior tier of well-being.
For over 23 years, Rebecca has been a leader in Restorative Wellness, bringing a decade of expertise to the Taos community—previously as Taos Hyperbaric and Colonics. Her focus remains steadfast: providing the most effective tools for cellular optimization and systemic excellence.

A TERRAIN APPROACH TO HEALTH
Think of terrain as your internal environment and it's poisoning as to why you are sick or have health challenges. We seek to bring the internal environment, your terrain, such as your ph, your oxygen levels, your circulation, and all the incredible body systems, back to homeostasis through truly natural ways following the design of the body and sophisticated testing.
Why is a terrain approach important for you? It is likened to gardening. When you have a sick plant do you take the plant to the botanist and have them treat the plant or do you look at the soil the plant grows in, and bring the soil into the right balance for the plant to thrive. In order for us to experience true vitality, we need to first identify what is wrong with our terrain and seek to bring it into perfect balance naturally. We offer a unique TERRAIN approach to optimizing wellbeing through our gentle care and services to support the bodies innate healing mechanisms.
