LIVE AND DRY BLOOD MICROSCOPY
Most of us are used to standard laboratory tests—those sterile reports that measure numbers and reference ranges after your blood has been chemically processed. Educational Microscopy offers a completely different perspective.
Rather than measuring isolated data points, this session is a 90-minute deep dive where we observe your blood together—live and in real-time. We discuss the patterns, movement, and structure of your cellular landscape in a guided, educational setting.
Many people choose this experience because it is visual rather than numerical, and interactive rather than report-based. This is a Microscopic Educational Demonstration, not a diagnostic laboratory test. We aren’t looking for sickness; we are observing your Internal Terrain to understand how your lifestyle is shaping your vitality. It is about learning, not labeling.
One Tiny Droplet:
Your Visual Journey into the Terrain
To begin this educational demonstration, a single droplet of blood is prepared using a quick, routine method similar to those used for common wellness checks. Most people find the process effortless. Within that one tiny droplet live millions of cells—an entire universe waiting to be seen.
We place the freshly prepared slide under a high-power microscope, and the image is projected onto a screen for us to view together in real-time.
This educational experience allows you to:
-
Witness cellular movement and the fascinating interactions within your own biology.
-
See your blood as a dynamic, living system rather than a static numbers on a page.
-
Identify the visual components that make up your terrain, including the incredible white and red blood cells.
When you see your own cells in action, it’s hard not to cheer, "Go white blood cells!" Seeing the activity within you is a powerful reminder that you are fearfully and wonderfully made—your body is an absolute marvel!
This visual connection often sparks an immediate desire to support your body with better fuel, more sunshine, and restorative movement. It’s one thing to be told to eat well; it’s another thing to see the living environment you are feeding.
The Beauty of Renewal
The wonderful news is that your red blood cells naturally renew approximately every 120 days. This makes microscopy an incredible educational tool for visualizing the "landscape shifts" that occur as you lean into a more vibrant lifestyle. Most clients choose to return every four months for a follow-up educational session to observe the evolving state of their biological terrain.

Client Experience
I saw Rebecca at Truly Terrain in Taos NM for colonics and live blood sessions. Both exceptional. I had live blood elsewhere but it was so different and Rebecca's live blood session was a much better experience than the other gal I went to. Rebecca really knows what she is talking about and I am completely blown away by her insight and all the time given me. WOW!
Rebecca spent time educating me about blood and I could see my own blood on the screen. She didn't sell me any supplements! It was incredible and very informative. It has motivated me to take better care of my body. I've seen her several times and each visit was great. Definitely worth the drive down. Thank you Rebecca.

LIVE BLOOD MICROSCOPY
THE LIVING LANDSCAPE:
REAL TIME CELLULAR OBSERVATION
Forget the dry data—this is about seeing your biology in motion. During our live observation, we look past the numbers to see the actual "neighborhood" your cells live in. This interactive educational session allows you to witness the fascinating life within a single droplet. We aren't here to label or diagnose; we are here to observe the flow of your internal terrain. The visuals below represent the incredible complexity and movement we explore together as we work to optimize your body’s natural resilience.

DRY BLOOD -
UNDERSTANDING YOUR INTERNAL TOPOGRAPHY
Want to see the "big picture"? That’s the Dry Layer. By observing how your blood naturally organizes itself as it dries, we get a unique look at the structural patterns of your internal terrain.
This isn't a lab test; it’s a visual exploration of how your cells interact and hold space. It provides a deeper context to our live blood session, allowing for a rich, educational discussion about your body’s current state of balance. After years of looking at these slides, I’ve found that the dry layer is the ultimate tool for those who want to understand the "architecture" of their own vitality.
