The 10 Day Deep Dive!

This is a 10 day program taking place during 12 days. It begins on Monday and for five consecutive days you will receive personalized care in our clinic and then on Saturday and Sunday you will rest and enjoy the beautiful Taos community. Beginning again on the following Monday you will begin again to cleanse, release and heal through Friday.

This is a program that was based on the work by many medical doctors who gave it to the 911 First Responders, Gulf war vets, Chernobyl victims and has been improved and used with other situations from mold, cancer, parasitic infections or to just deeply cleanse and be free of excess waste that has lowered your passion for life as well as given you brain fog, fatigue, misery, poor GI, sleep, and breath functioning. Your health and happiness will greatly improve after only 10 days!

This is a program designed to feast. It is not about fasting but using the power of food and fiber to help the body detox. You will not be hungry! Taos offers you outstanding healthy meals juices and smoothies. We have it all laid out for you to just walk through the program in a relaxed yet organized way.

Your Deep Dive begins before you even step in our door.

We start with a pre-wellness consult over zoom to individualize your program. You may even choose to do some sophisticated lab work prior beginning your 10 day Deep Dive into health.

Day 10 is 3 hours of care and in additon to the Ozone Colonics and Infrared Sauna sessions, includes a 1 hour next steps consult so when you leave to return to your busy life, you can continue on in health and happiness.

Each day in our clinic, you will be served Skratch Wellness Electrolytes and given Fresh Organic Green Smoothie.

Each day I will be 100% devoted to you. You will be given not only excellent detoxification services, but also receive a Gastra Girl Resource Guide to grow your understanding of true health for greater vitality ongoing.

Your 10 day program includes a 1 hour consult over zoom within 90 days after leaving to answer any questions you have.

You might want to include Hyperbaric Oxygen. This program is individualized to your needs.
